00:36:51  | From the book: Modern Advancements in Long Range Shooting Volume 2, Chapter 4 – Powder Measurement. We look at the effects of different ways of measuring powder such as volumetric meters, and scales of various resolutions. We also discover some un-intended contributors to muzzle velocity variation and discuss a path to improve muzzle velocity SD (standard deviation) when precision powder measurement isn’t enough.
